Harrison Family // Colorado Springs, CO Portrait Session

I recently went on vacation to Colorado, where I am originally from. My husband and I got to hang out with family and friends we hadn't seen in over a year. While I was there, I was able to photograph some of my family :) I love Garden of the Gods because it is such a beautiful park and I am so glad we got to have our session there. Melissa // Spring Hill Maternity Session

I had such a blast photographing Melissa for her maternity session. Melissa and her family own a 7 acre farm out in the country and it is beautiful...no, breathtaking. The farm is 110 years old and oozes rustic charm. It was a breath of fresh air (literally!) compared to city life and I soaked up every snapshot I could. I could have spent the entire day there taking photos! Hope you fall in love with these photos as much as I did.....

Kara // Franklin Maternity Session

The best part of photographing my sister is that well, she's my sister! We were able to experiment with some really neat shots and they turned out amazing. The day we had the session was freezing outside and it was raining...but we managed and it was so worth it! Hope you enjoy them as much as I did :)

Baby Ella // Spring Hill Maternity Session

Miss Ella is quite a special little girl. I was so anxious to meet her, especially since I felt like I already knew her from photographing her mom Kayce in a progression during her pregnancy. Kayce had Ella a few days after our maternity shoot but after some complications, little Ella had to stay in the hospital for 8 weeks. She is back at home now and I absolutely had a blast photographing her. She was the tiniest little baby, even at 2 months old! But she was already used to being photographed (maybe it was all that picture taking while in the womb?!) that she even looked right at me while I was shooting. :) Needless to say, she definitely melted my heart.

Baby Mackenna // Franklin Newborn Session

Introducing baby Mackenna....she was so tiny and I loved photographing her! I cannot wait to photograph more newborns in the future..they definitely are my favorite! If you know of anyone expecting, please let them know about me :) Hope you enjoy this family's new addition....

Kayce // Franklin Progression & Maternity Session

I have had the privlege of working with Kayce since she was four months pregnant. I took photos of her at every month, following her pregnancy right up until the last minute. It was so neat to see how much her belly grew every month and of course how exciting it was to hear she was having a little girl. Here is a progression of her pregnancy- four months to nine months...followed by her maternity shoot. Enjoy!

Michaela and her family were so wonderful to work with. They were very sweet and their daughter was quite the little model! Little did we know but Michaela would deliver her baby girl less than a week after we did the shoot. Talk about good timing, huh? Hope you enjoy these photos from their session...
