Despite the fact that we've had a super mild winter this year, my session with Tamy was held on one of the coldest winter days we've had! She was such a trooper through our time together and you would never know it was 34 degrees out!

Tamy is a country songwriter who performs her sweet, old school tunes in town. I had such a fun time with her and got some fantastic shots that I think captured her perfectly. :)

As many of you know, I had a whopping amount of sessions this past fall. Usually I blog about each session but since I had about 50+ sessions that I needed to blog about, I decided to compile the season into one giant post :) This makes catching up a whole lot quicker... phew! 


I had so much fun photographing each and every family and child. I met some fabulous clients and took some of my most favorite images yet. With each session I do, I grow more in love with what I do and am so happy to be able to capture a special moment for my clients.

I go back and forth between wanting to specialize in a certain area of photography..such as families and children. But just when I think I have it all figured out, something {or someone} comes along and changes my mind. :) Enter, Heather... She is a local singer with a sweet disposition. Although there are plenty of singer/songwriters in our town, each one is unique... Heather was very laid back and trusted me in all the things I told her to do during our time together. I ended up getting some pretty cool images for her to use...
